This workshop is suitable for all, from beginners to more advanced weavers, looking to learn a new craft and understand more about textiles, fibres and the significance they hold.

Date: Sunday 12th November

About the Artist

Nadine Wilde is a hand-weaver and one of half of Wilde Studio - a slow textiles project between two sisters. Her personal practice focuses on traditional techniques and uses weaving as a way to communicate values and ideals surrounding craft, connection and storytelling. Through her choice of materials, Nadine aims to encourage conversations around the way we think about textiles, our connection to them and to share the stories they hold - often giving unwanted and destined for landfill ‘waste’ fibres a new life cycle, honouring the material through the process of weaving.
