Due to the announcement that Stoke-on-Trent will be in Tier 3 following the national lockdown, the Wedgwood Store and Factory Outlet will reopen on Wednesday 2 December. All other areas of World of Wedgwood will remain closed until further notice, and subject to government review.

Wedgwood Store and Factory Outlet | Monday to Saturday 10am - 5pm | Sundays 10.30am - 4.30pm, browsing from 10am.
The Decorating Studio | Wednesday to Sunday, 10am - 5pm.
The Clay Studio | Wednesday to Sunday, 10am - 5pm.
The Factory Tour is undergoing transformation work during 2020 and is due to reopen in the autumn.
The Factory is closed to visitors at weekends and on the following dates in 2020:
