• Reservations are for 1.5 hours; tables up to 10 can auto-confirm; tables over will be an enquiry until a team member accepts. 
• Afternoon Tea is served at the table under the watchful eye of our head elf! 
• The elves will then take your group to meet Santa in his Grotto, where each child can meet Santa, take photos, and receive a gift. 
• Under 3s are priced at £6 and are provided with a gift and experience with Santa only. Please include them in the numbers and select an under-3s ticket.
