British Science Week | Jasper Trials Decoding Challenge in the Museum

Friday 9 – Sunday 18 March 2018 | 10am – 5pm | Free activity

Visit the Wedgwood Museum and have a go at our new decoding activity introduced to celebrate British Science Week. This year’s theme is Discovery and Exploration so we’re challenging families to learn more about Josiah Wedgwood experiments and discoveries with our Jasper Trials decoding activity.

Explore the museum and trace over 250 years of ground-breaking design and production and discover Josiah Wedgwood’s lasting influence on industry and society. Our award winning museum houses a UNESCO protected collection of huge historic and cultural significance with ceramic pieces, paintings and artefacts which tell the story of the iconic Wedgwood brand.

The Wedgwood Museum is free entry for everyone, every day, ask for a decoding sheet from reception on arrival and pick up a Pottery Spotters activity sheet too.
