NHS Test and Trace
We’re really pleased to reopen the Wedgwood Tea Room for indoor dining, and we want to be able to stay open, so we’re introducing new measures to help keep everyone safe.
We’re supporting the NHS Test and Trace initiative by taking contact details from our Tea Room diners plus the times they are on the premises. These will need to be kept for 21 days and, if asked, we will provide them to NHS Test and Trace.
Please be reassured that all information will be stored securely, in line with data protection laws, and will not be shared with anyone else. We will also not use the data for anything else.
We are doing this to help reduce the risk of any local outbreak - by sharing information, NHS Test and Trace can quickly identify people who have come into contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 and ask them to take the necessary precautions.
Our events schedule restarts in August with the "Eat Out to Help Out" scheme, 3 to 31 August. We plan to reschedule as many postponed events as we can. See the Events page for details.
The Bookings Office is open but with limited staff resource at the moment. If you have an outstanding booking or would like to make a new one, please email [email protected] and we’ll respond as soon as possible.
We are all living in a new and different way. Together we can adapt to these new measures and we thank you for your patience and understanding whilst we adjust to our new environment. Be assured that we are so much looking forward to welcoming you back to World of Wedgwood.
