A visit to World of Wedgwood isn’t complete without seeing the V&A Collection at World of Wedgwood (formerly the Wedgwood Museum) - one of the finest collections of ceramics in the world. Explore 260 years of ground-breaking design and production and discover the story of Josiah Wedgwood and his lasting influence on the industry and society.
Younger visitors can take the Pottery Spotters trail and discover another side to the exhibits. There’s a prize for every completed activity sheet, collect a free trail sheet from reception.
This collection is now part of the V&A and consists of 3,000 objects on display in the galleries including iconic pieces from every period of production. The complete collection contains 8,000 pieces of historic ceramics, more than 75,000 manuscripts and items of correspondence and a fine art collection including works by Stubbs, Romney and Reynolds which are on display.
Free entry to the V&A Collection for everyone, Wednesday to Sunday. Collect your ticket from reception when you arrive.
