World of Wedgwood - Coronavirus (COVID-19) Statement

The entire team at Wedgwood has been monitoring the constantly changing situation and following the guidance of the British Government and Public Health England regarding COVID-19.  The health and wellbeing of our staff and visitors are our main priority and, as a result, we have made the difficult decision to close all attractions at World of Wedgwood for the foreseeable future.

From 5pm on Friday 20th March, the V&A Collection at World of Wedgwood, Factory Tour, Wedgwood Tea Room, Dining Hall, Master Craft Studio, Decorating Studio and the Wedgwood Stores will all be closed to the public until further notice.

Additionally, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our schedule of on-site events until the end of April. We will continue to closely monitor this developing situation and share updates as soon as they come available. We plan to reschedule these events as soon as we can.

You can see the affected events on our Events page here

Individual Bookings

Our Bookings Office is currently closed. If you have an urgent enquiry, please email [email protected] and we’ll respond as soon as possible.  In the meantime, we will keep the website updated with further information.

Keeping in Touch

As more of us are staying at home, it’s important that we keep in touch with our families, friends and communities. Technology can help us feel connected and we plan to utilise our website and social media platforms to keep in touch with our World of Wedgwood community.  During our closure, our doors may be closed but we plan to stay open in other ways. Keep an eye on our website and follow us on your favourite social media channels for updates and interesting distractions.

As we look after each other, we send you our warmest wishes. We remain hopeful that the situation improves quickly and look ahead to when we’re able to welcome you to World of Wedgwood again.
