Heritage Open Days | Free Museum Entry And Children's Trail

Enjoy free entry to the Wedgwood Museum including the Pottery Spotters children's trail!

Trace over 250 years of ground-breaking design and production and discover Josiah Wedgwood’s lasting influence on industry and society.

Pick up your museum icon guide (and Pottery Spotters activity sheet) from the reception desk and take a journey through the galleries from 1759 to the present day. The award winning Wedgwood Museum at World of Wedgwood houses a UNESCO protected collection of huge historic and cultural significance.

Heritage Open Days is England's largest festival of history and culture, bringing together over 2,500 organisations, 5,000 events and 40,000 volunteers. Every year for four days in September, places across the country throw open their doors to celebrate their heritage, community and history.
