Roll up, roll up and join in the circus skills workshops! The Fool Monty Jester will teach you skills from juggling to stilt walking. Join in the free, drop in sessions throughout the day in the courtyard.

Come and explore the uses of clay in the Wedgwood Clay Pit. Get your hands dirty and create without boundaries, letting your ideas develop through trial and error. Capture your pieces of art with a Clay Pit selfie and add them to our gallery for everyone to see. For children (and adults) of all ages!

Get even more creative in the Master Craft and Decorating Studios with pot throwing, pottery painting and plate design.

Explore the Museum Trails and Nature Trail
The Wedgwood Museum is free entry for everyone, every day 10am to 5pm. Discover the history of over 250 years of ground-breaking design and production. Younger visitors can choose from two trails the Pottery Spotters trail which will guide them through the UNESCO recognised V&A collection with a series of fun activities and questions and new for the summer is our dog themed trail for our youngest visitors, find the cute canines hiding in the museum; collect a prize from reception when you complete your trail.

Explore Hem Heath Woods as you stroll the network of paths and discover the trees, woodlands birds and wildflowers that inhabit this Staffordshire Wildlife Trust nature reserve. Summer nature trails can be collected from reception for a £2.00 donation to the trust. A prize for every child who completes the trail.
